| IMAGE
CONVERSION |
| There
is a $100 charge for the conversion and usage of files
in PDF, JPEG, or TIF formats |

| MECHANICAL
FILES |
| Charges
for mechanical files are calculated on a per project basis,
depending on the nature and complexity of the work. |
| |
| PRE-PRESS
CHARGES |
| There
is a $75 charge for pre-press production when we are not
overseeing printing on a project. The charge covers preparing
and sending digital files to the designated printer. |
| |
| RUSH
CHARGES |
| We
accept projects that do not meet our standard turnaround
time based on our availability. Rush charges apply and
are calculated at standard pricing plus 15%, except for
overnight jobs. Rush charges for overnight projects are
calculated at plus 50%. |
| |
| SHIPPING
CHARGES |
| Shipping
charges are not included in our standard pricing. |
| |
| TURNAROUND
TIME |
| We
require at least seven to ten business days for the copywriting,
design, layout and editing of all projects. Once approval
of final project is received by client, allow seven to
ten days for printing. |
| |
| PROJECT
CHANGES |
| Our
design fees include 3 rounds of changes averaging ½
hour each. Any changes beyond these 3 rounds or any extensive
design changes and/or copy rewrites will be subject to
our $90 per hour service fee. In such situations, the
credit union will be notified prior to the implementation
of said changes. |

| CAMPAIGN
EXTENSIONS |
| If
a credit union wishes to extend an ongoing marketing
campaign to include additional marketing pieces, the
client will be charged $90 per each additional hour
that it takes to produce such materials. |

| COPYRIGHT
OWNERSHIP DISCLAIMER |
| All
copy, art and materials produced by Growth by Design are
also owned by Growth by Design and cannot be reproduced
or used by any credit union without our permission. Following
the expressed permission of Growth by Design for the release
of any copyright, all materials will be subject to a pricing
markup that will depend on the terms and conditions of
usage. |
