I. Email Program Fee. Check the appropriate box and fill in annual fee:
One email list, up to 50,000 emails sent per year	$600
Unlimited email lists, up to 250,000 emails sent per year	$1,200

II. Email Layout & Design Fee Check the appropriate button and fill in Layout & Design Fee
Existing Campaign Customization Fee This includes the addition of logo, address and telephone numbers to email campaigns that are currently available on the Growth by Design website.	$100
Email Campaign Art & Design Fee For a campaign that has already been designed by Growth by Design, but is not in email format, this is the price to build this campaign in email format and add the credit union's specific information.	$200
Campaign Created by Another Agency This is the price to adapt an email campaign that was created by another ad agency.	$300
Custom Email Campaign This is the price to build an email campaign specifically for your credit union.	$400
II. Email Layout & Design Fee

** All pricing includes two revisions. Thereafter, revisions are $90 per revision. In the event an existing email marketing campaign will be mailed more than once, an upload charge of $90 per upload/campaign will apply.
