PROBLEM:

credit unions are growing faster than commercial banks and have more than doubled in the last 10 years.

SOLUTION:
The Theft Poster Program helps credit unions increase security efforts. By asking
members to remove items that cover their faces before entering the credit union, it
makes it easier to identify suspects and discourage robbers from targeting credit
unions. These theft protection rules have already found success in Massachusetts,
where they experienced a 15% reduction in financial institution robberies by
implementing these guidelines.

DETAILS:
The program is available in two poster styles in both 8.5” x 11” and 11” x 14”. These
posters should be placed on the front door or window of your credit union where they
can easily be seen by all incoming traffic. The posters can be customized with your
credit union’s logo.
